Greenwood Counselling Harpenden Luton St Albans

Can Counselling help you?

Sometimes it feels as though you have a huge mountain to climb on your own and you can’t see the wood for the trees. It’s a scary step to acknowledge that you need counselling and an even scarier step to pick up the phone, but a small investment of your time can make a big difference to the quality of your life. My role is to enable you to discover that for yourself.

Therapy is confidential and private, in a place where you can feel safe enough to share your thoughts and feelings.

What to expect?

Many people don’t know what to expect from counselling. My approach is to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, developing coping techniques together when appropriate.

I also supervise counsellors and develop and deliver be-spoke management training courses.
